    Well organized, inspirational and thought provoking

    I was so impressed with Bloom; it was obvious to me the creator had, herself, put in the hard work of moving through the emotions, ups and downs and setbacks that accompany the type of inner work that Bloom sets out to facilitate.
    I loved the flow of the journal and how the early months focus on specific issues around disordered eating and then evolve to deeper issues around perfectionism, control, self-worth and self-love that enable this type of behavior. Because of this flow I feel like Bloom could be applied to so many other addictions or struggles beyond disordered eating.
    I also really appreciated the references to other resources I have found greatly beneficial such as The Body Keeps the Score and Brene Brown's work.
    Overall I found the journal to be extremely well organized, inspirational and thought provoking. Wonderful resource.

    Bloom helped me as a catalyst for my transformation journey.

    Making changes in your life can feel really lonely, and reading through and using the bloom journal helped me not feel so alone. I learned that I am not the only one with these struggles.

    Bloom gave me a structured way to go through my journey. Being able to break it up was helpful to keep my on the path and not feel overwhelmed. I loved the ability and the push to look back and see how much I’ve grown.

    Bloom is an exceptional read that stands out in the realm of wellness literature. My journey with this book has deeply informed my understanding of personal growth, unveiling the connections between past experiences and current well-being. Personally, I have always gotten in my own way when it comes to addressing hyper-anxious patterns about diet and exercise, but this book and its community have really allowed me to move forward and make healthy adjustments. Bloom is well-structured, with each section shining a light on self-awareness and self-care, complemented by thoughtful journaling prompts that encourage introspection - and the flower/blooming references gives it the most beautiful touch. The author has re-instilled an often overlooked, yet highly effective, practice of journaling that really does empower change.
    Bloom has shifted my perspective by enabling me to feel safe, and to have autonomy and control over my goals, freeing me from the pressures I've placed on myself for decades.     A read /tool that EVERYONE can and will benefit from!

    We all have areas we know we should work on or can acknowledge the personal struggles we may face on a daily, but do you have a gentle tool that can really help you identify why and where you can begin to process and create change, or a network of others who you can relate to and know you are NOT alone?! THIS IS IT! This read and community is fantastic and allows you to start to see the beauty in the areas you may have considered flawed and take accountability without judging your own self. Too many times do we acknowledge something in ourselves and it’s not pretty to look at so we hide it away again, this tool helps you see that the flaws are beautiful and necessary, even if in disguise and the BLOOMING PROCESS/Transformation is the most beautiful destination you could ever reach! The author really provides a safe space and encourages you to continue the process in all areas of life, even after the completion of her book. She provides additional resources for the purpose of her main goal of getting everyone to see the real beauty of self & life. BLOOM has not only helped me internally understand/love self, but also to understand and love others on a deeper level as well. 10/10, highly recommend!
