Why the change?
When we first created the full-year version of Bloom, our intention was to guide readers through a deep and healing transformation—one that would support emotional growth, mindset shifts, and body trust. But as more and more people joined our journey, we noticed a recurring theme in the feedback:
A whole year felt like a lot.
Many shared that while the work was meaningful, it also felt overwhelming at times. They wanted to commit to change, but in smaller, more manageable steps. And we heard you.
So, we’re doing exactly that—making it easier to start small and build momentum with a monthly approach.
Each of the 12 chapters will now stand on its own, offering a complete 30-day experience focused on a specific theme like Self-Discovery, Triggers & Trauma, Body Image, and Self-Love. These smaller, intentional journeys are designed to feel more accessible, less intimidating, and easier to follow through on. You can begin with the month that resonates most with where you are right now—or go in order to gently unfold your healing process.
And for those who crave a physical connection with their journal, we’re in the process of creating a hardcover version you can truly make your own—write in, revisit, and keep close.
